Pulse Racing Products offer a fast, efficient and hassle free delivery service. You choose which products to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will make sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive safely and quickly.
Current Order Processing Status: Due to the high volume of orders we are currently experiencing there is a 24 hour delay on the processing of telephone orders. Internet orders are processed immediately as usual.
We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should normally allow around 48 hours to receive your order, e.g. if your order is placed on a Monday it will go out on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. There is around a 10 day lead time for Custom Fuel Caps so you should expect to receive them within 14 days of placing your order. During busy periods, e.g. November, December, you should allow 4 - 5 days to receive your order. However, if you live in the Borders or north of there, Business Post delivery periods are 2 days, even though they are sent on a 'next day' service, sorry.
We use Business Post for all items which are too large to post so, if you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left and you can collect the item from your local post office. Unfortunately it is not possible to advise on the actual time of delivery.
A signature is required for all orders sent via Business Post. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on ALL internet orders over £25 to locations in Zone 1, detailed in the table below. To see if the item you would like to purchase qualifies for free shipping, look out for the 'Free Shipping' text on the product page - as shown in the picture below. If your item doesn't qualify then don't worry as our shipping rates are kept low and can be seen in the table below.
How much will shipping be on my order?
To find out how much shipping will be, as a guide you can use the table below, but to accurately calculate the shipping you will be charged you need to add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping basket. On the page listing all the items you want to purchase (your shopping cart page) below the list of items you will see a shipping calculation table, you can use this to select your country and find out how much delivery will be. Don't forget that our prices are in GBP, so if you live outside the UK you will have to convert your currency to your local currency (try: www.xe.com)

*1 Prices quoted are to mainland destinations only. Delivery costs to the Azores, Balearic Islands & Madeira are £20 more than the rates quoted above. Delivery costs to Corsica are quoted separately. When placing your order to one of the previously listed destinations you must agree to pay the additional postage cost which will be taken on the same card used for your original order.
Non Deliveries & Damaged Items:
All items not received must be notified to us in writing within 14 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.
Items damaged on arrival must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time may be void.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will (within reason) refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs up to £6.49).
For large / heavy items please contact us and we will arrange a collection.
Pulse Racing Products will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
2.Items returned for cancellation or exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition within 28 days of invoice date. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. No refund will be given if after this 28 day period.

Exchanges
Simply return items to the returns address below (which is also found in the top left hand corner of your invoice) include a copy of your invoice if possible otherwise, as a minimum, your name, address, order number and telephone number and add a small note saying what you want us to do.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
Please note that an additional £3.49 for small items or £6.49 for larger items will be required to cover postage costs for Mainland UK redeliveries, this will increase for deliveries outside of this area, although we can assure you that we only charge cost on redeliveries.
Items Returned Outside of the 28 Day Period: Items returned for exchange outside of this period will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Additional Monies & Refunds: Additional monies for return postage or the additional cost of items can be taken on the same card you used when you made your original order with your permission. If you wish to send a cheque then please note the following.
Refunds
Items Returned Outside of the 28 Day Period: Will not be refunded
Items must be returned unused and in the original condition with packaging with tags still attached. Please do not remove any tags unless you intend to keep the items.
If a full refund is requested and the item your are returning has been specially ordered for you, a 20% restocking charge may be applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.

3.Items returned from overseas
Goods returned from overseas must be marked clearly with "Returned Goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused.
